Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

  • J&M Pool Company is a fast-growing swimming pool company located on the southside of Atlanta. We specialize in high-end custom solutions for our clients. We are a full-service swimming pool company with over 60 employees
  • We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service experience. This position requires the ability to work independently, be proactive, hard-working, and flexible.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and services
  • Data entry and records management
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Coordinate events and schedules – manage events calendar
  • Support the sales staff as needed

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or relevant qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 – 5 years of proven experience in a similar role with 1-2 years of scheduling experience.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills

Position Benefit Details

  • Healthcare, Dental, Vision benefit options available
  • Up to $18.00 per hr based on experience
  • Annual Bonus – 5% of base salary based on goals and targets (2.5% individual, 2.5% company)
  • Position schedule 10 am-5 pm, Monday – Friday
