J&M Pool Company is a fast-growing swimming pool company located on the southside of Atlanta. We specialize in high end custom solutions for our clients. We are a full-service swimming pool company with over 60 employees.

We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service experience. This position requires the ability to work independently, be proactive, hard-working, and flexible.

Position Overview

The Construction Office Administrator at J&M Pool Company plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the construction department. This position ensures smooth coordination between field teams, office staff, vendors, and clients. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • ย Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence related to construction projects
  • Maintain project documentation in Buildertrend
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, updates, and meeting notes
  • Schedule all client visits (Pre and Post Construction meetings)
  • Maintain communication with clients and Project Managers (before, during, and after construction until project moves to Maintenance / Service)
  • Manage construction warranty requests
  • Schedule service work with Service Coordinator during construction project

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience (1-2 years preferred)
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Quickbooks
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • A friendly and patient demeanor with the ability to handle difficult situations
