As always, Greg & Cody were punctual, kind, courteous and took the time to explain everything to me as they were “opening “ the pool. It is refreshing to have such a positive experience each and every time they are here. J & M Pool should be everyone’s go to pool service.!

Went in this afternoon to have my water tested and was greeted by the most absolutely amazing employees ever. From the moment I walked in Rich, Kaylee, Jesse, and John were extremely helpful, professional, and they made me feel like family. Each one of them explained everything extremely detailed and never tried to sale me products that weren’t necessary. All in all, I’m thankful for hardworking and honest people. You have a customer for life and I couldn’t be more thankful.

I have to drop in and give Damien a stellar shout out! He is absolutely amazing, very personable and kind, he wants to please his customers and it shows. He is extremely transparent and knowledgeable and if he isn’t sure he will make sure that he finds out and communicates. I have been with J&M for years and this is the first experience I’ve had where I felt that we were truly being taken care of by someone who enjoys his job and wants to make things great for the customer. Kudos and hats off to Damien, he is absolutely awesome with a great spirit, I hope he stays on our route for a very long time! He is definitely the model employee!

Finally a reliable pool company! I love their management leading and monitoring work. They renovated my pool tile and pavers around the pool. Started on time and finished on time. Very knowledgeable too. Well done!

Greg and his helper came to open our pool for the season and did a fantastic job! Answered all our questions and gave us clear instruction for the next steps.

The next day Rich and Kyle came by to clean the pool and add the startup chemicals and also did a great job!

From the start, J&M Pool Company exceeded all of our expectations. Their workmanship is very high quality, but what stood out most is their professionalism and the peace of mind we received every step of the way! Our first contact was with our salesperson, Craig. He was no pressure and answered every one of our questions. He made suggestions and asked us multiple questions making us feel very comfortable with such a big undertaking that a pool build is. After that initial phase, we met at the office for a design meeting. The pool designer, Casey, did an amazing job adding changes we needed. She even tweaked different options so that we could see what each detail would look like. Cole, our project manager, was phenomenal with his communication on what would be taking place each day and was always available when we had any questions. From start to finish, there were zero hiccups and I believe that is unheard of for a pool build. We’ve heard nightmares about other pool builders, but we could rest easy knowing how well J&M runs their business. I would highly recommend them, and will be telling anyone who is considering a pool the same.

From design through completion of our new concrete pool, we can not say enough positive compliments to support the professionalism of J & M Pools. Patrick assisted us during the task of design development and helped us with some very quality selections. Attention to detail was second to none.
Project management was handled by Joey and communications were always timely and accurate. Joey went out of his way to keep us apprised of progress even during our holiday in the middle of the build.
