Finally a reliable pool company! I love their management leading and monitoring work. They renovated my pool tile and pavers around the pool. Started on time and finished on time. Very knowledgeable too. Well done!

Greg and his helper came to open our pool for the season and did a fantastic job! Answered all our questions and gave us clear instruction for the next steps.

The next day Rich and Kyle came by to clean the pool and add the startup chemicals and also did a great job!

From the start, J&M Pool Company exceeded all of our expectations. Their workmanship is very high quality, but what stood out most is their professionalism and the peace of mind we received every step of the way! Our first contact was with our salesperson, Craig. He was no pressure and answered every one of our questions. He made suggestions and asked us multiple questions making us feel very comfortable with such a big undertaking that a pool build is. After that initial phase, we met at the office for a design meeting. The pool designer, Casey, did an amazing job adding changes we needed. She even tweaked different options so that we could see what each detail would look like. Cole, our project manager, was phenomenal with his communication on what would be taking place each day and was always available when we had any questions. From start to finish, there were zero hiccups and I believe that is unheard of for a pool build. We’ve heard nightmares about other pool builders, but we could rest easy knowing how well J&M runs their business. I would highly recommend them, and will be telling anyone who is considering a pool the same.

From design through completion of our new concrete pool, we can not say enough positive compliments to support the professionalism of J & M Pools. Patrick assisted us during the task of design development and helped us with some very quality selections. Attention to detail was second to none.
Project management was handled by Joey and communications were always timely and accurate. Joey went out of his way to keep us apprised of progress even during our holiday in the middle of the build.
Also I would be very remiss in saying that their focus on addressing the hiccups was more than impressive. With any project of this size, you are going to have a few. J & M Pools stepped up and addressed them immediately.

I found these folks to be both professional and dependable. Great attitudes all around. Rich did an outstanding job cleaning up our pool. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He showed up when expected, and took our pool from nasty to looking beautiful. He answered every question I had and did so like a skilled teacher. The office staff are very friendly and the pool opening crew did a fine job too. I look forward to working with J&M Pool in the future.

J&M Pools saved the day when my previous pool company couldn’t get my pool clear in time for an important event. Rich was especially wonderful to work with. We recently finished a concrete pool install with J&M. I spent weeks researching and meeting with various pool companies and selected J&M. From the first visit with Patrick I was impressed with the level of professionalism and detailed feedback on all my questions (which were a lot)! They walked us through each step of the process and guided us on the best decisions related to layout, size, design etc. The onsite design studio visit was awesome. We were able to visualize our backyard from the real life renderings and make selections on tiles, colors etc.
The office staff (Jennifer) was great with managing the permitting process and coordination of any meetings needed.
Once construction started, our project manager Tyler was extremely responsive. He provided updates on each step of the process and was onsite frequently to oversee progress.
We were finished ahead of schedule and we could not be happiest with our pool!

J&M Pools did an excellent job building our pool.
From proposal, to project management, communication and delivering something we are extremely pleased.

Our service technician Alex is exceptionally meticulous and conscientious. She is the primary reason that we continue to use J&M for our pool cleaning service. She makes notes and reports on even the smallest equipment problems, leaving us free from worrying about overlooked maintenance. Of course she leaves our pool and pool deck spotless. Alex always follows our directions, such as where to park, which gate and side of the house to enter from, texting before arrival because of our dog, and most importantly trying to come at a consistent day & time. We are very hard to please, and we would highly recommend Alex to you as your service technician.
