Patrick was there for us from the very beginning all the way through the end of the process and made us feel taken care of every step of the way. Amanda did our design and absolutely nailed it! She took our vision and brought it to life better than we could have imagined.

Chris, Ryder and his crew were also amazing throughout the construction process. They communicated with us, answered all of our questions, and were always willing to address any concerns we had along the way. Building a pool is a BIG investment, so having a team you can trust makes all the difference.

But the best part has been seeing our family actually enjoy it. We’ve already spent so much time in the pool, had so much fun, and made memories that we’ll cherish for years to come. ❤️ There’s nothing better than seeing your family enjoying something you dreamed about and worked hard for.

Had an on going issue with my pool. The technician came out and checked my equipment and found that my salt system was not programmed correctly. So now my pool is clearing up. Wish I had the sense to call them earlier. Would have saved me a lot of money and aggravation.

We recently had our pool serviced by J&M Pools, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I especially want to recognize Sean, the maintenance technician who came out to our pool. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire visit.

Sean took the time to carefully inspect everything, explain what he was doing, and make sure the pool was properly serviced. His attention to detail and expertise really stood out. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right.

I had an issue with a leak on the vertical connection on the pool pump. The J&M tech was able to replace the connection and complete the job within 30 minutes. Excellent work!

What an amazing experience with J&M pools my husband and I have had so far. From the first contact with our salesperson, Craig who is the sales professional we would all love to have: relaxed, knowledgeable, truthful and trustworthy. Craig knows his trade and strives to know his customers. He impressed us with his determination to give us what we wanted and he worked tirelessly with us and designer, Natalie to do just that.

Natalie used her gift for scale drawings and computer technology to present us with a rendering of our dream pool. Her patience, eye for design and sweet nature saw us through a few revisions. But like Craig, she was determined to give us our hearts desire and most importantly, do so within our budget.

Craig and Natalie are an outstanding and essential part of the J&M team. My husband and I are confident in our partnership with J&M and their ability to help us develop a backyard oasis in our retirement years!

Now that our pool is completed I have to add that without the determination of our project manager, Chris we would be in trouble. Chris moved the project along steadily. He offered suggestions during moments of our uncertainty, communicating with him was the best and he strived to make sure of our satisfaction. What a consummate professional and we were better off having Chris assigned to our project.

J&M was a great company to build our pool with. From the very beginning to the end of our project they did a great job. When you are doing a big project communication and quality is key and they delivered on both. Craig was a great sales representative and Tyler was outstanding project manager. Our project was no easy task either! If you are looking for a company you can trust to build a quality pool choose J&M.

I highly recommend Rich with J&M Pools. After dealing with nearly four months of ongoing water chemistry and circulation problems related to issues with my pool build, Rich came out, thoroughly assessed the system, identified multiple problems, and corrected them.

The difference has been incredible—my pool is now circulating properly, the chemistry is stable, and it looks amazing.

What impressed me most was how professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind Rich was throughout the process.

J&M came out same day when called to prime my main pump after I had cleaned the pool filter. Wes fixed it and explained how to prevent this in future filter cleanings. Price was less than a competitor and did not have a fuel charge like the other company. I will use them again if needed.

The J&M team was absolutely amazing throughout. The lead technician was in full support and spent alot of time with me at the home to make the best of our repairs. The representatives every time called in for information were just amazing and extremely professional. They communicated with me often on when the technician’s would be on site for the repairs. We received new panel, several new actuators, main pump to be able to support the size of pool. Highly recommend this company for your pool repairs. I am loving our new light system they installed on the pool. Looking forward to their return with a few more touch up items requested. The lead technician was always looking out for the best of our pool repairs. I will say they are part of our family now and really appreciate all of their efforts. Our pool in Locust Grove is ready to be dived into. My family will be excited to swim upon return from vacation this Saturday. Phenominal company to meet your pool repair needs. I had the great pleasure of working with Rich on my “super cute pool” and finally think I’ve found my new pool guy. I contacted J&M after my pool system displayed a “No Flow” error message. They promptly scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, thoroughly investigated the issue, accurately diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what was wrong and how they would fix it.

I was expecting a hefty repair bill, so I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the replacement parts were covered under warranty. As a result, I only had to pay for the labor. Their honesty, transparency, and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

Before leaving, they also provided helpful recommendations to improve my pool’s efficiency and help prevent future issues.
