We are seeking an experienced Hot Tub Technician to join our industry-leading service team. If you’re a skilled professional with 5+ years of hot tub or spa repair experience, this is an opportunity to join a company known for quality, innovation, and growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair hot tub and spa systems — plumbing, pumps, heaters, automation, and controls
- Perform water balancing and chemical testing
- Conduct start-ups, winterizations, and inspections
- Provide clear communication and exceptional customer service
- Maintain J&M’s standard of precision and craftsmanship
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hot tub or pool equipment repair
- Proficient with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a service route
- Clean driving record and professional presentation
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary + Commission
- Earn 26% of the $175 hourly service rate
