What You’ll Do:

• Manage and convert multiple renovation sales opportunities simultaneously
• Identify, qualify, and develop new leads while maintaining existing client relationships
• Educate customers on renovation options including resurfacing, tile, decking, equipment upgrades, and backyard enhancements
• Create detailed estimates, proposals, and sales agreements
• Conduct on-site evaluations and provide tailored renovation solutions
• Guide clients from initial consultation through signed contract
• Collaborate with construction and operations teams to ensure a smooth project handoff
• Follow up consistently to build long-term customer relationships and referrals
• Represent J&M with professionalism and uphold company values throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5+ years of successful sales experience in the pool industry (renovations preferred)
• Strong understanding of pool renovation scope, materials, and equipment upgrades
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and close high-ticket sales
• Proficient in estimate creation, proposals, and sales tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Valid driver’s license, clean background, and ability to pass a drug test

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 (based on experience)
• Commission + Bonus Structure (Six-Figure Earning Potential)
