We had a fantastic experience with our J&M renovation from start to finish. The entire team was always on time, professional, and kept us informed throughout every stage of the project. Communication was excellent, and we always knew what to expect.

He listened to what we wanted, was always easy to reach, offered thoughtful recommendations that fit our vision, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His experience, reliability, and attention to detail really set him apart. We always felt our project was in good hands.

The JM Pools team made a life long dream come true. Started with a 3D design to transform our once unused small backyard space into an incredible oasis. We also used their landscaping team to transform the space around our pool. They did a great job solving all problems and working closely with us every step up the way.

I am truly impressed with the level of customer service provided. While my initial experience started a little rocky I can say they truly care about their customers satisfaction. I was so impressed with the customer service that I received that I went from wanting a one time service to not being completely satisfied to so satisfied that I signed up for weekly maintenance. I would highly recommend choosing this company for any of your pool needs. I have also seen the pools they have put in at my neighbors house and they are impressive.

Damien my pool guy at J&M has been so great. He always is consistant on the time he comes, he always let’s me know how things are going good and bad and keeps me informed on things I should know like if he won’t be there one week or if something looks off I need to have checked. Damien with J&M Pool Company has been absolutely outstanding. He’s reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes pride in his work. Our pool has never looked better. He always shows up when he says he will, explains everything clearly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running perfectly.

One thing I really appreciate is how honest and trustworthy he is. In today’s world, that’s hard to find. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and treats your pool like it’s his own. Anytime we’ve had questions or issues, Damien has been quick to respond and gets things handled the right way the first time.

Nathan at J&M Pools was absolutely great to work with throughout our pool project. He was informative, helpful, and always took the time to answer all of our questions. We did run into issues with our first liner install, but Nathan provided some of the best customer service we could have asked for through the entire process. He stayed responsive, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. We truly appreciate all of his help and would definitely recommend working with him and J&M Pools!

After a slow start due to a troublesome measuring device, Nathan and J&M finished strong with a flawless liner replacement. Better fit than the original liner. It’s as if we have a brand new pool! Thanks Nathan!

Nathan and his team replaced our liner and helped us navigate being new pool owners. Every time we had a question or issue he was quick to help or swing by and didn’t have any issues with me being nosy and asking 100 questions. Would definitely recommend!

Just a note to say that Khalil, my assigned pool technician, is an exceptional representative of the J & M organization. He is conscientious, professional, and has a work ethic that goes beyond the norm. Khalil completes the weekly maintenance proficiently and with a pleasing attitude and a smile.
