Solved my leaky pool problem

so far so good! They closed our pool down for the winter. will use them to restore pool next year.

J&M was a great company to build our pool with. From the very beginning to the end of our project they did a great job. When you are doing a big project communication and quality is key and they delivered on both. Craig was a great sales representative and Tyler was outstanding project manager. Our project was no easy task either! If you are looking for a company you can trust to build a quality pool choose J&M.

We truly couldn’t be happier with our experience with J&M Pools! Patrick was there for us from the very beginning all the way through the end of the process and made us feel taken care of every step of the way. Amanda did our design and absolutely nailed it! She took our vision and brought it to life better than we could have imagined.

Chris, Ryder and his crew were also amazing throughout the construction process. They communicated with us, answered all of our questions, and were always willing to address any concerns we had along the way. Building a pool is a BIG investment, so having a team you can trust makes all the difference.

But the best part has been seeing our family actually enjoy it. We’ve already spent so much time in the pool, had so much fun, and made memories that we’ll cherish for years to come. ❤️ There’s nothing better than seeing your family enjoying something you dreamed about and worked hard for.

We are SO glad we chose J&M Pools. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better team to make our vision a reality. We highly recommend them!

Had an on going issue with my pool. The technician came out and checked my equipment and found that my salt system was not programmed correctly. So now my pool is clearing up. Wish I had the sense to call them earlier. Would have saved me a lot of money and aggravation.

Very professional, responds to all concerns. Courtesy staff

I highly recommend Rich with J&M Pools. After dealing with nearly four months of ongoing water chemistry and circulation problems related to issues with my pool build, Rich came out, thoroughly assessed the system, identified multiple problems, and corrected them.

The difference has been incredible—my pool is now circulating properly, the chemistry is stable, and it looks amazing.

What impressed me most was how professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind Rich was throughout the process.

I am extremely grateful to Rich and J&M Pools and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely caring pool service.

J&M came out same day when called to prime my main pump after I had cleaned the pool filter. Wes fixed it and explained how to prevent this in future filter cleanings. Price was less than a competitor and did not have a fuel charge like the other company. I will use them again if needed.

It is a pleasure to work with a company that works to ensure the customer is taken care of. Looking forward to working with J&M Pools and their team.

The came out and checked my salt cell. They gave me a recommendation and a price right away. They also adjusted my timers.

I had the great pleasure of working with Rich on my “super cute pool” and finally think I’ve found my new pool guy. He was not after my wallet but understood I was genuinely tired of always ending up with a green pool and taught me what to do. I drove to Peachtree City to get my water tested and pick up supplies and I’ll be damned if my pool wasn’t blue in a matter of a few days. Rich is awesome, I hope you enjoy him as much as we did. Thank you, Rich!

We have J&M for years. They are all ways on time and give good feedback!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I contacted J&M after my pool system displayed a “No Flow” error message. They promptly scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, thoroughly investigated the issue, accurately diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what was wrong and how they would fix it.

I was expecting a hefty repair bill, so I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the replacement parts were covered under warranty. As a result, I only had to pay for the labor. Their honesty, transparency, and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

Before leaving, they also provided helpful recommendations to improve my pool’s efficiency and help prevent future issues.

Outstanding customer service, fair pricing, and knowledgeable technicians. J&M has earned me as a customer, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing pool service.

Thank you,

J&M!

The good service is always consistent and done in a timely manner

Tim did a great job of helping me by providing helpful information to make my pool maintenance perform at its best!!

Thank you!

Your tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. He offered me three different approaches to resolving my problem and before he left all 3 quotes were in my email. Would recommend your services highly. It was a pleasure working with ya’ll.

We’re new to this area, and J&M Pools came highly recommended. The interactions and support from everyone we’ve dealt over the last several weeks with has been great. It’s clear that they have knowledgeable and customer focused employees, and the responsiveness is much appreciated.

I have my filters cleaned quarterly. They always remind me and communicate clearly when they will arrive. The tech is friendly and encouraging since my husband passed. I now have the confidence to take over the pool maintenance.

The guys came out, changed my light and did a great job. Very professional.

I’ve always had great service from J&M. They are always helpful and wonderful to work with. Great people, quick service, and great quality.
