Damien is thoughtful, proactive, and leaves our pool in immaculate condition!

J&M has been great for all of our regular pool maintenance. The chemical levels have been trying but Damien has worked hard to diagnose and control our water. J&M also completed our opening and closing of the pool over the winter and it was quick and easy!

Eric and Mohamed clean my pool fast and efficiently! They were always in communication with me about all the things that needed to be done with the pool. Highly recommend these guys!

I’ve been with J&M for about 5-6 years . They maintain my pool all year round. During the summer for 2025 & this year I have Breanna maintaining my pool. She is a professional . If I have a question she answers it quickly.. she’s pleasant to talk to and knows everything about my pool. After last year I called the office to request her for this year, and J&M responded. Hope she is with J&M for years to come.

We contracted with J&M Pools to preform the quarterly maintenance on our pool equipment and the weekly cleaning service for our new pool. Clair is the technician that provides our weekly cleaning services. Clair is a nice young lady that does a very good job of taking care of our pool. We are happy with our decision to have J&M preform the maintenance and cleaning services.

Our HOA pool needed refurbishment. J&M with Alpha’s management and leadership dealing with an old pool, rufurbished the plaster, tiles, coping, stairs and hand rails. The pool now looks new and amazing. Job was completed on time and to requirements. Alpha’s attention to details and communication kept us informed of issues and solutions to correct. Our experience with J&M Pools and Alpha was excellent !!

Great service from Rich. We have a spa that came with the home we just bought and needed to drain, clean, and set it up. Rich took care of it and was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional!

I’m not one to typically give reviews of any company but feel compelled to do so based on our experience with this company. My wife and I looked at several pool companies in the area and ultimately chose J&M Pools for our in-ground vinyl pool. We’ve had several contractors work on our home/backyard in the past. This was the first company we’ve dealt with to show up exactly ON TIME. Thank you, Craig, for being punctual! This led to a good first impression of the company. Craig, whom we dealt with in regards to the contract was top notch. He was honest and we never felt like we were trying to be oversold on anything we didn’t truly need just for the company to make a buck.

As for the construction side of this project, Project Manager, Ryder, was great. He was always immediately available and the daily communication was superb. As with any major project there were small issues that came up during the build that we were not happy with. Those concerns were addressed with Ryder. I received no pushback or excuses why something didn’t meet our expectations. Those small concerns were immediately addressed and I can say we are 100% satisfied with our pool.

Overall, based on our experience, this is a wonderful company. Are they the lowest priced out there? No. But, you get what you pay for. Dig deep into the contact and you’ll find a lot of the equipment/features are standard that’s an add on with other companies that will quickly drive up cost. I can, without hesitation, recommend J&M Pools.

Purchased a hot tub from J&M Pools in Peachtree City. After the guys did a great job with installation; they sent Rich to come help us understand the maintenance of the chemicals. Rich was very detailed with his information and basically did a great Spa School 101! I highly recommend this company and their employees!
