Nathan at J&M Pools was absolutely great to work with throughout our pool project. He was informative, helpful, and always took the time to answer all of our questions. We did run into issues with our first liner install, but Nathan provided some of the best customer service we could have asked for through the entire process. He stayed responsive, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. We truly appreciate all of his help and would definitely recommend working with him and J&M Pools!

J&M pool did the best work for me. From the start , they took great care in providing quality service in response time, scheduling, answering questions and working with my personal schedule. Their office personnel, contractors and especially Nathan, my project manager were AWESOME! Nathan always texted me before I could text him. When any situations that developed from weather to equipment delivery, he always kept me informed of the time frame required and KEPT appointed times. I would definitely use J&M pools in the future . After a slow start due to a troublesome measuring device, Nathan and J&M finished strong with a flawless liner replacement. Better fit than the original liner. It’s as if we have a brand new pool! Thanks Nathan!

Nathan and his team replaced our liner and helped us navigate being new pool owners. Every time we had a question or issue he was quick to help or swing by and didn’t have any issues with me being nosy and asking 100 questions. Would definitely recommend!

Just a note to say that Khalil, my assigned pool technician, is an exceptional representative of the J & M organization. He is conscientious, professional, and has a work ethic that goes beyond the norm. Khalil completes the weekly maintenance proficiently and with a pleasing attitude and a smile. He is an absolute asset to the team.

I have tried and tried to get my pool cleared up for weeks, I was over it! I called J&M pools, they sent out Eric N. last week to service my pool, then he came out today too. I didn’t meet him until today’s visit, he was so nice, and just an awesome person, he has worked so hard on my pool, and he is getting it cleared up! I’m so glad that Eric was sent my way, I couldn’t ask for a better pool guy!

J&M currently does our weekly maintenance and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
Damien is thoughtful, proactive, and leaves our pool in immaculate condition!

J&M has been great for all of our regular pool maintenance. The chemical levels have been trying but Damien has worked hard to diagnose and control our water. J&M also completed our opening and closing of the pool over the winter and it was quick and easy!

Eric and Mohamed clean my pool fast and efficiently! They were always in communication with me about all the things that needed to be done with the pool. Highly recommend these guys!

We contracted with J&M Pools to preform the quarterly maintenance on our pool equipment and the weekly cleaning service for our new pool. Clair is the technician that provides our weekly cleaning services. Clair is a nice young lady that does a very good job of taking care of our pool. We are happy with our decision to have J&M preform the maintenance and cleaning services.

Our HOA pool needed refurbishment. J&M with Alpha’s management and leadership dealing with an old pool, rufurbished the plaster, tiles, coping, stairs and hand rails. The pool now looks new and amazing. Job was completed on time and to requirements. Alpha’s attention to details and communication kept us informed of issues and solutions to correct. Our experience with J&M Pools and Alpha was excellent !!
