Call J&M…FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!! We just moved to the local area and acquired an inground pool with our new home. Our family had a ton of questions and RICH did NOT disappoint. He was extremely knowledgeable, taught us the inner workings of our filter, pump and salt cell. Rich also provided us with reasonably priced options to maintain our equipment but offered multiple options from low to high for us to consider when replacing and/or repairing our filter along with upgrading to a pool heater. Rich was fun to work with, super down to earth AND a great sense of humor!! Can’t wait to get our estimate from J&M and start working on our upgrades. As a side note: Rich was here educating us for more than an hour and it cost us $0.00…call J&M!!! To be continued…

The initial guys who came out were Wesley and Cody and they were so very nice and helpful. They went way beyond the call of duty. We had to do a call back and Wesley couldn’t come but had Shawn come out who was just as professional and courteous. We will be using them in the future as well as referring this company. Pool restoration is never easy for the homeowner! Trust in the employee is imperative to peace in the home! We were blessed to have just that!
Our project manager was Alpha, with his team of Nathan, Brendon, Leo, and Joe were very helpful, and trustworthy for this entire journey.
Alpha always gave us the attention we needed. Encouragement, understanding, explanations, and expectations. Much to his credit, he did not make promises for the completion date due to the nature of the job/weather. And yet, the completion was right on time! We knew he would keep his word. That is HUGE!
As expected, there are many uncertainties with renovations. Alpha gave us his time, with frequent visits, and messages on days they were not on site. We were always prompted when to expect early workers at our home. Alpha explained how his team was being thorough with their tests, giving us suggestions and yet letting us make the decisions.
His entire team was very professional. It didn’t matter who arrived at our house, they were willing to take the time to address us and answer all the questions we had.
The final project is beautiful! As I initially stated, pool restoration is not easy for the homeowner, and yet Alpha and his team were a pleasure to have on the premises and to work with! Very professional, very gracious, definitely trustworthy, and a pure JOY to be around!

Our weekly maintenance person, Charles Washington, went above and beyond today. Our pool water had been really low because I couldn’t get my backyard hose to screw in properly to fill the pool. I saw him leave and come back with a hose to fill our pool and then he made an extra trip to come back for the hose at the end of his stops. Thank you so much, Charles! You did not have to do that and I was super impressed by your service.

Alpha at J&M is the real deal! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to walk us through every step of the process, answered all our questions with patience, and made sure the work was done right the first time. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer and takes pride in what he does. He led his team to finish up an entire month early -That is unheard of. He also completed every punch out item and gave us a sense of relief knowing the entire project was in good hands.
