Michael is the "M" half of J&M. Ever since starting the company in 2009, he and his brother Jacob have truly enjoyed creating a culture centered around the employees and customers. Michael does a lot of the design on the new construction projects, and his favorite part is designing a pool that fits aesthetically and functionally into the yard so well that once the customer has seen the plan, they can't imagine their yard without it!
