This year, J&M completed my total pool upgrade and refurbishment to include removal and replacement of the spillover spa, removal of entry steps, addition of shelf, bench and new steps, new liner, new skimmers, new concrete added to the pool deck, total deck spray overlay, complete system equipment replacement for a new salt system and new diving board. The project took several months of demolition and removal, forming, shot Crete, stone work, liner measurements, equipment installation and fine tuning. It involved coordination of several different work crews, architecture planning, and moving materials onto and off of the work site. During the entire process, the project manager Nathan was in constant contact with me, and made sure I knew what was happening with each step. J&M took no short cuts, using the best materials and workmanship to produce the finished product. They exemplified a can-do attitude, even when I wanted some last-minute changes and additions. Now my backyard paradise is complete, and I’m so glad I went with J&M. Quality work, customer service and flexibility, that’s my experience with the folks at J&M.

What an amazing experience with J&M pools my husband and I have had so far. From the first contact with our salesperson, Craig who is the sales professional we would all love to have: relaxed, knowledgeable, truthful and trustworthy. Craig knows his trade and strives to know his customers. He impressed us with his determination to give us what we wanted and he worked tirelessly with us and designer, Natalie to do just that.

Natalie used her gift for scale drawings and computer technology to present us with a rendering of our dream pool. Her patience, eye for design and sweet nature saw us through a few revisions. But like Craig, she was determined to give us our hearts desire and most importantly, do so within our budget.

Craig and Natalie are an outstanding and essential part of the J&M team. My husband and I are confident in our partnership with J&M and their ability to help us develop a backyard oasis in our retirement years!

Now that our pool is completed I have to add that without the determination of our project manager, Chris we would be in trouble. Chris moved the project along steadily. He offered suggestions during moments of our uncertainty, communicating with him was the best and he strived to make sure of our satisfaction. What a consummate professional and we were better off having Chris assigned to our project.

We later incorporated the renovation of our sunroom into the pool design and one of J & M’s owners, Michael Durand got involved with the final aspects of the pool to coordinate with the sunroom. It was a J &M family affair and we were the e better for it! What an overall outstanding company. If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call J & M!

Working with J&M Pools, Alpha and Patrick on our pool project was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Communication was prompt, clear, and consistent every step of the way. We always knew what to expect and when milestones were happening. Alpha was also exceptionally responsive to our needs, taking the time to thoroughly discuss our design ideas, changes, questions and most importantly bringing valuable improvement suggestions to the table that only years of experience in the field could provide. Every question or adjustment was handled right away, making the entire process completely stress-free.

The quality of the work is truly top-notch, and Alpha completely brought our pool back to life. The pool and all its accoutrements turned out even more incredible than we had envisioned. As a bonus, our dogs became friends with and love Alpha now too! We love spending time out there and enjoy using it so much now. Had an on going issue with my pool. The technician came out and checked my equipment and found that my salt system was not programmed correctly. So now my pool is clearing up. Wish I had the sense to call them earlier. Would have saved me a lot of money and aggravation.

I highly recommend Rich with J&M Pools. After dealing with nearly four months of ongoing water chemistry and circulation problems related to issues with my pool build, Rich came out, thoroughly assessed the system, identified multiple problems, and corrected them.
