We met with Craig at J&M after meeting with a few other companies, resolved that our backyard vision was probably a no-go due to several challenges in our unique backyard (slope, drainage issues, retaining walls) making the project cost prohibitive.

The consultation with Craig was a lot of fun, he seemed to have a vision and noted my doubt in making a project that was worthwhile and that we could afford.

Long story short, the total design process was very impressive. Their original design was quite stunning, and we were able to further critique to design to make it precisely what we wanted. Every measurement and material change came with an exact cost of which we were notified of in the design process to determine its worth to us personally. Once the final project was designed, the cost in the end was as advertised, and I appreciated that transparency from the beginning. There were no hidden costs, which I now know for certain would’ve existed in our other proposals.

We ended up finalizing this project in the fall, with an expectation it would be completed for an event at our home in April. It was of significant importance to us to have the project completed by then. The winter provided record snow, rain, and freezing temperatures, delaying our complex project for weeks at a time. Watching the days go by without progress due to weather was a huge stressor for me.

Joey was our project manager, and I was stunned to see him keep true to his word and get the project completed for our event, I am so thankful for that and that he recognized its importance to me.

We have a backyard now that exceeds our expectation, it’s a beautiful space we never thought would be realized. This was our first project of this magnitude, J&M made it happen, I appreciate their honesty and guidance through the project.

Went in this afternoon to have my water tested and was greeted by the most absolutely amazing employees ever. You have a customer for life and I couldn’t be more thankful.

I have to drop in and give Damien a stellar shout out! He is absolutely amazing, very personable and kind, he wants to please his customers and it shows. He is extremely transparent and knowledgeable and if he isn’t sure he will make sure that he finds out and communicates. I have been with J&M for years and this is the first experience I’ve had where I felt that we were truly being taken care of by someone who enjoys his job and wants to make things great for the customer. Kudos and hats off to Damien, he is absolutely awesome with a great spirit, I hope he stays on our route for a very long time! He is definitely the model employee!

Finally a reliable pool company! I love their management leading and monitoring work. They renovated my pool tile and pavers around the pool. Started on time and finished on time. Very knowledgeable too. Well done!

Greg and his helper came to open our pool for the season and did a fantastic job! Answered all our questions and gave us clear instruction for the next steps.

From the start, J&M Pool Company exceeded all of our expectations. Their workmanship is very high quality, but what stood out most is their professionalism and the peace of mind we received every step of the way! Our first contact was with our salesperson, Craig. He was no pressure and answered every one of our questions. He made suggestions and asked us multiple questions making us feel very comfortable with such a big undertaking that a pool build is. After that initial phase, we met at the office for a design meeting. The pool designer, Casey, did an amazing job adding changes we needed. She even tweaked different options so that we could see what each detail would look like. Cole, our project manager, was phenomenal with his communication on what would be taking place each day and was always available when we had any questions. From start to finish, there were zero hiccups and I believe that is unheard of for a pool build. We’ve heard nightmares about other pool builders, but we could rest easy knowing how well J&M runs their business. I would highly recommend them, and will be telling anyone who is considering a pool the same.

From design through completion of our new concrete pool, we can not say enough positive compliments to support the professionalism of J & M Pools. Patrick assisted us during the task of design development and helped us with some very quality selections. Attention to detail was second to none.
Project management was handled by Joey and communications were always timely and accurate. Joey went out of his way to keep us apprised of progress even during our holiday in the middle of the build.
