We recently had a new Hayward pool system, including a salt cell, variable pool pump and 12v Color Logic lights installed and are thrilled with the result.

We love being able to control the system from our phones, and everything works perfectly.

(Our old pump was broken, the 120v lights constantly blew and we were concerned about having 120v lights in the pool …..not to mention that the system very difficult to control).

The team were very professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly and the setup of the app was very quick.

Also the main office were very helpful in deciding on which components
to choose and organising everything.

We had our pool refurbished by the J&M Pool team and are very happy with how the project turned out. The best part of the entire experience was our project manager, Ben Marshall. He helped us think through decisions we needed to make, kept us informed as to when specific things were going to happen, and was always available when we reached out with questions or concerns. J & M installed our pool back in 2021 and we recently noticed that we had an issue with our liner on our swim out. I called the office and they sent out a crew to fix it, upon arrival the issue was more involved and required more evaluation. That’s when project manager Benjamin came out and determined that it appeared we had some water behind the liner and that the repair was more involved than we first expected. This was a Friday and they scheduled the repair for the following Monday. Ben and his team went above and beyond with the repair! Ben inspected our entire pool, he replaced the return jets that were cracked, filled in around our skimmers on the Kool deck, replaced silicone around the lights, removed staines on the liner, added striping around the liner, labeled our pool equipment and added covers around the skimmers. The service included draining the pool and all the chemicals.

They went above and beyond our expectations in a very timely manner!

Great customer service with no pressure throughout the entire project. Patrick was pleasant to deal with and very informative during the sales/design process. Amanda put all of the ideas in a beautiful 3D design. Joey was the project manager for the pool build. He stayed on top of the project working with the contractors to work thru the build as scheduled. He always took time to explain the process and answer any questions. He also provided great ideas for us to consider. When it came time to do the punch out list, he had already placed items on the list that he saw due to his experience that needed corrected that we would not have known. Matt designed and installed the landscaping. It was impressive speaking with him during the initial design meeting. He came prepared with his iPad and an over head view of the yard. He listened very well to our ideas and also gave some great ideas of his own. By the end of the visit we could see the vision of our soon to be new back yard. Matt also did our fence. The contractor they used was excellent and had the same customer service focus that J&M are known for.

J&M are not the cheapest pool company, but in our experience they are the best when it comes to design, install and customer service.

Name any company that would ask what do you need yard cut etc. after they hear you have broken your hip in a fall. J&M did and we are great full to have had such a pleasurable experience building our pool.

They started me off with a concept of what my finished product would look like and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. From start to finish, they were available if I had questions and kept me informed at every step. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a pool, repair/renovate (ask for Ben on that!) or just get great service so you can spend your time enjoying your pool! We used J&M to design and construct a backyard pool for us over the summer. Patrick Studley was our design/sales rep, Austin was our project manager, and Patricia helped us with all the finances. The entire team was fantastic! They communicated frequently, handled any concerns or questions we had immediately, and we couldn’t love our pool more! We were able to go into the office and tweak the design on their software until we had exactly what we wanted. They even had to work around extensive tornado damage during our build, and were champs about scheduling around it. I couldn’t recommend them more; we’re so happy with our pool!

EDIT: We have also had J&M maintain the pool weekly for the past three years, and could not be happier. Jared Werner is our tech, and he maintains the cleanliness and balance of the pool and equipment. We empty the skimmers throughout the week, but otherwise don’t have to clean or add chemicals. We couldn’t be happier with the value!

J&M Pools recently replaced our vinyl liner, ladder, diving board as well as some other repairs. Chris and Ben were great to work with. They responded to my questions/concerns in a timely manner. I would recommend J&M Pools for all your pool needs.

They did a renovation for me. New plaster and tile, new diving board and heat pump and light! The process was not as bad as other construction type stuff I’ve endured, probably a little better than average because the team was very good at communicating. The team was consistently responsive to my questions and concerns no matter how big or small. The finished product is fabulous! Best part is the beautiful new pool! Yay!

J&M Pools was nothing short of fantastic from start to finish with our pool renovation. They listened, made suggestions, thought outside the box, took us on site visits to other pools(even on weekends) and completed the project on time and on budget.
