The J&M team was absolutely amazing throughout. The lead technician was in full support and spent alot of time with me at the home to make the best of our repairs. The representatives every time called in for information were just amazing and extremely professional. They communicated with me often on when the technician’s would be on site for the repairs. We received new panel, several new actuators, main pump to be able to support the size of pool. Highly recommend this company for your pool repairs. I am loving our new light system they installed on the pool. Looking forward to their return with a few more touch up items requested. The lead technician was always looking out for the best of our pool repairs. I will say they are part of our family now and really appreciate all of their efforts. I was expecting a hefty repair bill, so I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the replacement parts were covered under warranty. As a result, I only had to pay for the labor. Their honesty, transparency, and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

Before leaving, they also provided helpful recommendations to improve my pool’s efficiency and help prevent future issues.
