I contacted J&M after my pool system displayed a “No Flow” error message. They promptly scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, thoroughly investigated the issue, accurately diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what was wrong and how they would fix it.

I was expecting a hefty repair bill, so I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the replacement parts were covered under warranty. As a result, I only had to pay for the labor. Their honesty, transparency, and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

Before leaving, they also provided helpful recommendations to improve my pool’s efficiency and help prevent future issues.
