We recently finished a concrete pool install with J&M. I spent weeks researching and meeting with various pool companies and selected J&M. From the first visit with Patrick I was impressed with the level of professionalism and detailed feedback on all my questions (which were a lot)! They walked us through each step of the process and guided us on the best decisions related to layout, size, design etc. The onsite design studio visit was awesome. We were able to visualize our backyard from the real life renderings and make selections on tiles, colors etc.
The office staff (Jennifer) was great with managing the permitting process and coordination of any meetings needed.
Once construction started, our project manager Tyler was extremely responsive. He provided updates on each step of the process and was onsite frequently to oversee progress.
We were finished ahead of schedule and we could not be happiest with our pool!

J&M Pools did an excellent job building our pool.
From proposal, to project management, communication and delivering something we are extremely pleased.

Our service technician Alex is exceptionally meticulous and conscientious. She is the primary reason that we continue to use J&M for our pool cleaning service. She makes notes and reports on even the smallest equipment problems, leaving us free from worrying about overlooked maintenance. Of course she leaves our pool and pool deck spotless. Alex always follows our directions, such as where to park, which gate and side of the house to enter from, texting before arrival because of our dog, and most importantly trying to come at a consistent day & time. The J&M pool construction crews we had were truly craftsman, the design and quality of the construction gave us a beautiful pool with a great water feature. The addition of an outdoor kitchen with a wood burning oven, a griddle and big green egg gave us all the tools anyone could want to work with. The office staff is always a pleasure to work with and provide excellent customer support in scheduling maintenance and service throughout the year.

We switched from another company to clean and service our spa/pool (tiny)- as it wasn’t heating, the water wasn’t circulating properly and it was a bit greenish.
The weekly cleanings have been great, the green tinge is gone, they are here on tuesday, send me a photo – it’s really a perfect service.

Devonte has been our pool service guy and we are very pleased with how quiet, polite, professional and how he maintains our pool clean with correct chemicals and salt. He has always been enthusiastic to do whatever our pool needs after severe storms. Highly recommend.

Overall J&M has been a great pool company. Not only did they refinish our pool but they also handle our weekly maintenance. Our current pool maintenance guy Humba is fantastic. Super good guy and doesn’t leave one leaf in or around the pool.
