I had the great pleasure of working with Rich on my “super cute pool” and finally think I’ve found my new pool guy. I was expecting a hefty repair bill, so I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the replacement parts were covered under warranty. As a result, I only had to pay for the labor. Their honesty, transparency, and professionalism were greatly appreciated.
