We switched to J&M about a year ago after a bad experience with our first pool company and the second company going out of business. We have never been happier than we are with J&M. They offer prompt, reliable, weekly service. The pool ALWAYS looks amazing. We have never had an issue with J&M. Our weekly crew is friendly and polite. We truly could not ask for better service. Our Pool Remodel Project Turned Out Beautiful!
I learned a lot about pools, repairs and all the hard labor it takes to make everything just right. Our project manager Alpha was on top of things and I can’t say enough about the great customer service he provided for his company. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Alpha was a pro and made sure we were satisfied with the end result.
The liner is a beautiful blue. The new concrete stairs look amazing. The stone work around the edge of the pool and the custom paint for the concrete pool deck resurfacing make the area look new. The workers who put in the lines for the pool deck did it by hand and it looks like stone work. We have all new skimmers, new pool light and Polaris pump.
It took a long time to complete this project (End of June to End October). But in the end it turned out great! We can’t wait till we can invite guests over. I’ll post more pictures later. It’s been raining so this is what I have right now.

We switched to J&M about 4 years ago for weekly maintenance and have never had a complaint since. They’re professional, prompt, and Alex keeps our pool crystal clear year around.

Last year we decided to do a complete pool remodel and didn’t even get another bid because we knew we only trusted J&M. Their clear process and prompt execution made the whole experience a breeze! From Craig coming out to walk through the yard and hear all of my desires, to picking out the materials in the showroom, to Alpha regularly communicating the timeline, I was only left impressed every step of the way. It’s a breath of fresh air to experience a business who really enjoys their craft, and takes pride in their work. You can feel the difference working with J&M, and obviously see it in their finished product.

I’m a busy mom who has plenty enough to manage. I’m glad I can trust J&M to manage my pool so I have more margin to make memories playing in it with my family!
