I’m not one to typically give reviews of any company but feel compelled to do so based on our experience with this company. My wife and I looked at several pool companies in the area and ultimately chose J&M Pools for our in-ground vinyl pool. We’ve had several contractors work on our home/backyard in the past. This was the first company we’ve dealt with to show up exactly ON TIME. Thank you, Craig, for being punctual! This led to a good first impression of the company. Craig, whom we dealt with in regards to the contract was top notch. He was honest and we never felt like we were trying to be oversold on anything we didn’t truly need just for the company to make a buck.

As for the construction side of this project, Project Manager, Ryder, was great. He was always immediately available and the daily communication was superb. As with any major project there were small issues that came up during the build that we were not happy with. Those concerns were addressed with Ryder. I received no pushback or excuses why something didn’t meet our expectations. Those small concerns were immediately addressed and I can say we are 100% satisfied with our pool.

Overall, based on our experience, this is a wonderful company. Are they the lowest priced out there? No. But, you get what you pay for. Dig deep into the contact and you’ll find a lot of the equipment/features are standard that’s an add on with other companies that will quickly drive up cost. I can, without hesitation, recommend J&M Pools.

Purchased a hot tub from J&M Pools in Peachtree City. After the guys did a great job with installation; they sent Rich to come help us understand the maintenance of the chemicals. Rich was very detailed with his information and basically did a great Spa School 101! I highly recommend this company and their employees!

We have a wonderful experience with the entire J&M team for our pool build this past fall. We came into the first meeting with our sales rep Craig with (what we thought) was a good idea of what we wanted in a pool, but there were so many details we hadn’t even considered.
Craig helped steer us in the correct direction and made sure we were well informed on our options. Shoutout to Amanda, our designer, who provided us with the most perfect 3D designs of our to-be future pool. The designs she provided us are replica of what they built us. She is great at what she does! Ryder helped oversee our actual pool build and was great at keeping us in the loop and being there day or night to answer any questions. Although there were some challenges along the way, J&M went out there way to make sure the end result was perfection. I would recommend J&M to anyone even considering a pool build and cleaning/maintenance service.

J&M has been servicing my pool for years. My pool tech Eric is extremely personable. He by far has always exceeded my expectations. He’s always on time and communicates effectively when needed. I believe J&M has found a diamond in the rough!

Alpha, the staff at J&M, and subcontractors did an amazing job as they walked us through the design and renovation of our large deck and stairs going down to the pool. Everyone we encountered in connection with the project was professional and courteous. Alpha, J&M’s project manager, was proactive and communicated with us regularly throughout the project. The work was completed ahead of schedule and looks great! We were so pleased that we have already contracted with J&M’s landscaping team to beautify the area around the pool!

What an amazing experience with J&M pools my husband and I have had so far. From the first contact with our salesperson, Craig who is the sales professional we would all love to have: relaxed, knowledgeable, truthful and trustworthy. Craig knows his trade and strives to know his customers. He impressed us with his determination to give us what we wanted and he worked tirelessly with us and designer, Natalie to do just that.

Natalie used her gift for scale drawings and computer technology to present us with a rendering of our dream pool. Her patience, eye for design and sweet nature saw us through a few revisions. But like Craig, she was determined to give us our hearts desire and most importantly, do so within our budget.

Craig and Natalie are an outstanding and essential part of the J&M team. My husband and I are confident in our partnership with J&M and their ability to help us develop a backyard oasis in our retirement years!

J&M Pools is great. Service is top-notch and Justin, who is our service tech is awesome. He provides good communication and always on time. We appreciate him and recommend them.

We have had a good working experience with J & M for a few years from pool construction through ongoing maintenance. Eric is now our regular maintenance guy and continues to provide great support with scheduled activity.

Although we’re not quite done, so far I have been very pleased with work done by these folks. Nathan has kept us informed every step of the way. And if there’s been any missteps he’s been quick to resolve them to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing pool renovations in their service area. I’ve been so pleased I’ve decided to contract with them for weekly and quarterly maintenance. When completely done, I’ll come back and add some photos.

J&M completed a new liner install and deck resurfacing. Everything was done with exceptional professionalism.

Update Review: I chose to have J&M perform the weekly maintenance service after the new liner installation. Honestly the 2022 season was a bit disappointing as they had trouble with reliable and dedicated techs.. BUT I’m writing to say that the 2023 season has been truly Amazing!!
My service technician is Justin H. and he is absolutely the best!! He is a pleasure to deal with and he takes exceptional care of my pool!
I admire his precision and work ethic! Truly quality.
I hope the wonderful job he does is recognized. He has made me glad that I chose J&M maintenance for another season.

2025 Update: I am pleased to say that I am still using J&M pools for my pool maintenance.

She came on site to customize my requests and personalize the design of my pool to make it everything I wanted and more. I was able to go to the office to meet with Craig S. and Natalie before construction began to see, through a technology model, what my pool would look like in my yard. Through looking at this model, we were able to make any changes needed. Ryder and Tyler were exceptional in communicating the upcoming stages of the pool construction and making sure that all details were handled appropriately. Ryder also answered many questions and was very timely in his responses. This dependable communication was huge in easing any concerns I may have had. Deanna was a tremendous help in facilitating the billing process. She made it simple and was readily available to address any concerns. I also used J & M for fencing and landscaping. Both departments were exceptional! Matt H.,Matt M., Phillip, and Marvin worked very well together to coordinate the landscaping and irrigation. All of the workers clearly explained everything I needed to know about my new pool. Ryder and Craig S. even came out to conduct “Pool School” after it was all completed. My backyard is beautiful!
